Castle Pines, CO, Castle Pines North, Castle Pines Village, Castle Rock / Colorado Castle Homes?:

Castle Pines is home to one of Colorado's newest "cities" and is otherwise known as The City of Castle Pines or Castle Pines North and it is a great place if you are looking to relocate to Colorado.  The Castle Pines area can be hard to define by it's name, (sometimes Castle Pines North is referred to as Castle Pines though it can be confused with Castle Pines Village or when people abbreviate Castle Pines North they just call it (CPN).  The City of Castle Pines North was incorporated Feb 12, 2008.  The Castle Pines Area is just 10 minutes South of Denver with access close to I-25. (Interstate 25, I-25, Denver's main thoroughfare that runs North and South) from Wyoming to New Mexico and runs directly through Denver past Mile High Stadium, home of the Denver Broncos.  Castle Pines has a population of nearly 10,000 residents.

Do all the homes look like castles?  No, but there sure is lots of Castle this and Castle that going on with all the area names and it can be a bit confusing if you are moving here and unfamiliar with the area.  Call me and I will personally share with you the areas we have to offer.

Why live in Castle Pines?:

Castle Pines North, (CPN) is close to shopping, groceries and services.   The unusual part about Castle Pines is the close proximity to Denver and how much it feels like the mountains but only a short drive to the Denver Tech Center or DTC.  While Denver is relatively flat and not particularly close to the mountains, Castle Pines has more hills and changing terrain while somewhat close to the mountains and has spectacular vistas of the Rocky Mountains.  Homes in Castle Pines North, (CPN) are incredible and vary in size and values.  Many homes in Castle Pines have spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains.  Castle Pines North has views that are sometimes equally spectacular regardless of the direction.  One nearby area that attracts many residents and visitors alike is Daniels Park.  At Daniels Park, the views are out of this world,  and the peaceful surroundings are perfect for a picnic.  There are tables, grills and areas to enjoy the views and the Colorado weather and you will find is very nearby to some Castle Pines area homes for sale.

Castle Pines North, CO Neighborhoods:

Some of the neighborhoods you will find Castle Pines Real Estate are:  Castle Pines Forest Park, Castle Pines Daniel's Gate, Castle Pines Daniels Ridge, Castle Pines The Hamlet,  Esperanza in Castle Pines.  You will find homes, condos, townhomes and a variety of architectures are available like Tuscan, Mountain Contemporary, Traditional, Tudor, Spanish or Southwestern, but there are many other styles as well.

What about Golf Properties in Castle Rock, CO?:

Castle Pines North as well as neighboring Castle Pines Village is renowned for its golf.   In fact, for years the nationally televised International Golf Tournament had been played at the Golf Club at Castle Pines Village until 2008.

Castle Pines North is home to The Ridge at Castle Pines North Golf Course and there are some spectacular golf properties.  Avid Golfer magazine voted The Ridge Golf Course #1 course for holding a corporate event as well as many other awards it has received.  The Ridge Golf Course is a Troon Golf Course.  Their Website is www.theridgecpn.com.   Enjoy the Colorado weather and a Day at the Ridge Golf Course.  Afterwards, you will want to buy a home in Castle Pines.
