Most people do not know what the Denver area home they are searching for looks like.  In fact, many people have not been to Denver before and are not sure what areas of town they want to consider.  Part of the interview process that I personally work on with you is tailored to finding out what is really important to each of the people planning to live in the Denver Colorado Area.  For instance if someone living in the home is a skilled Chef, then the need for a professional chef's kitchen may certainly be required.  Someone else may say that a master retreat for peaceful and restful sleep and unwinding from a busy day with a jetted tub or sumptuous multiple head shower in the master bath would be certainly needed to have that special place to call your own.

You can use my site to search MLS listings and get automatic email alerts or I'll personally send you properties that fit the defined criteria and then check with you to see if those are what you expected.  If not, modifications can and will be made and other searches performed until we find those that best fit your lifestyle.

Who Pays?:

In Colorado, typically the seller pays for the Real Estate agent who works for the buyer or buyers.  I can explain the instances where they are not obligated to pay the broker's fee but it is not the norm.  Your Realtor can work with you to explain the process so that the buyer will not have to pay any of the fees to use a Real Estate Agent to assist them to purchase a home.
