Cheesman Park itself is surrounded by a gorgeous area where homes and condos reside in an area called Cheesman Park where you can find both homes and condos available while just west there are Lofts for sale in Denver.  Lodo Lofts may be another area to consider when looking at properties in the Cheesman Park area.

Cheesman Park is an Urban Park and a Urban residential area as well.  Cheesman Park Homes and Cheesman Park Condos are easy access to downtown Denver and the surrounding area.   The Park is nearly 80 acres of open area close to downtown for outdoor play, picnics, running etc. It has a coliseum style concert pavilion which at times has summertime concerts.  Near Cheesman park is the Denver Botanical Gardens which is Denver's venue to showcase many forms of greenery and is a popular Denver attraction.

Historic Homes of Denver:

Cheesman Park Real Estate has a very diverse group of homes and mansions built in the 1880 to 1890 timeframe for some of Denver's most wealthy at the time.   The Cheesman Park area also has some condos in high-rise buildings with views of the Rocky Mountains and Denver, Colorado City Lights. West of Denver's Cheesman Park is Denver's Capital Hill Area, to the South is Denver Country Club and Washington Park.  North East of Cheesman Park Homes and Cheesman Park Condos is the Park Hill Area where you may also like to look at properties since they are historical as well, but not quite as close to downtown Denver.

Those who work downtown or want to live in a historic area of Denver would appreciate Denver's Cheesman park area.
