Once you start your search you may want to narrow the findings if you find too many or they are not exactly what you want.  If you see one that you like, contact me and we can discuss setting a showing.  Be sure you have gotten with your lender to arrange financing so if you find one you want, you can submit an offer.  If you submit an offer, it can take a while to get acceptance and there are no guarantees, so start your process early and be patient.  You may also have to be prepared to do some repair work as many Bank/Lender REO properties may require fix up.  It can also cost a lot of money to repair a REO so factor that in.
